If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee (half the cost of your selected service) will be charged. In the case of a no-show, where there is no notification, the full cost of the scheduled cleaning service will be charged. Your understanding is appreciated, as it helps maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for everyone.
